Basic Bookings
Always Free of charge
Bookings of hotels, transport (car rental, transfers, rail), cruises, activities with our partners are free of charge. As an affiliate of Fora, we have access to hundreds of thousands of partners.
Included in these bookings are free perks when using preferred partners. These could be in the form of:
Free breakfast
Hotel credit
Upgrade, subject to availability
Extended check-in/check-out, subject to availability
We are able to offer the same rates as are publicly available, but with these added perks due to our partnerships.
Trip planning & Itinerary
POA (first booking is free)
When booking 3 or more services for the same trip, we charge a planning fee to cover the additional research and co-ordination required for more complex trips.
These trips could include private transfers for multiple members of a multi-generational trip, and multiple hotel rooms/categories, and activities for the duration of the trip.
An itinerary will be sent to you which can be accessed via an app so that you have all of the pertinent information and confirmations at your fingertips.
The same great perks are available as in the Basic Bookings.

This service is for those who do not want to think further than packing their bag for a trip.
It includes booking all aspects of a trip prior to travel, including:
Restaurant reservations
Spa bookings
Theatre tickets
Concert tickets
Multi city itineraries
Travel guides and must see attraction lists
Destination concierge services, subject to availability
Price will be based on the length of trip
